We ship from Canberra, Australia by Australia Post. Australia Post are currently experiencing high volumes and tell us that shipping can be slow and take up to 2 weeks to an Australian address.
International post is also through Australia Post usually takes about 4-5 weeks.

Returns
We can take returns if you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason. Please, let us know within 3 days of receipt and return it within 7 days. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs. We don't accept returns on customised or personalised orders.
