Royal Australian Military College Duntroon, Canberra - in a matchbox
RMC DUNTROON, CANBERRA
A regular matchbox is given a makeover to become a cute tiny version of the great buildings of Canberra Australia and region. A keepsake you can fit in your hand. Photographs cover the box and plastic furniture decorates the inside.
The Royal Military College was established on the Campbell family estate. Officially opened in 1911, the first class graduated early in order to serve at Gallipoli in WWI. The interior of the matchbox is the Parade Ground at Duntroon.
The Matchbox measures 5.4cm wide, 3.7cm tall and 1.7cm deep when closed.
The exact people and furniture may differ from pictured as each is individually hand-made. If you have something specific in mind for the people/furniture, please let us know when you order.
A lot of love has gone into the making of our dollhouses and each is a totally unique upcycled piece. They are significantly handmade and as such have their own personality and imperfections. Young people should be supervised and care should be taken when handling them.
